1. About these terms
Atlas is provided by DJM Aerial Solutions Limited (“DJM”, “we”, “us”, “our”), company number 10677649, registered office Acklam Hall, Hall Drive, Acklam, Middlesbrough, TS5 7DY. These terms govern your use of the Atlas portal itself. They don’t replace or override the commercial contract between DJM and your organisation for the underlying survey and inspection services — where the two conflict on matters of scope, liability, or payment, that contract takes precedence.
By logging into Atlas, you agree to these terms.
2. What Atlas is
Atlas gives your organisation access to the inspection findings, photographs, videos, point cloud data, orthomosaic imagery, and reports that DJM has produced from surveys commissioned by or on behalf of your organisation. Access is restricted to your own organisation’s projects.
3. Accounts and access
Access is granted by DJM to named individuals or to your organisation as appropriate. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us as soon as possible if you think your access has been compromised, so we can secure it.
Please don’t share your login with anyone outside your organisation, or attempt to access another client’s data or areas of Atlas you haven’t been granted access to.
4. Acceptable use
Atlas is provided for your organisation to review, download, and use the inspection material relevant to your own projects. Please don’t use Atlas to:
- attempt to access, scrape, or extract data belonging to another client
- interfere with or attempt to bypass Atlas’s security or access controls
- use automated tools to place excessive load on the service
- redistribute inspection material outside your organisation beyond what’s agreed in your underlying contract with DJM
5. Content and accuracy
Inspection findings, imagery, and reports reflect conditions observed at the time of survey and are prepared using the methodology set out in the relevant job’s scope of works. DJM takes care to ensure accuracy, but findings are necessarily based on what could be observed at the time and using the equipment and techniques deployed for that job. Any warranties or liability relating to the accuracy or use of survey findings are governed by your underlying contract with DJM, not by these terms.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Atlas available and your data accessible, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take Atlas offline from time to time for maintenance, and we’ll aim to keep any disruption brief.
7. Intellectual property
Reports, imagery, and other material produced by DJM remain DJM’s intellectual property, or are licensed to DJM, except where your underlying contract says otherwise. Your organisation may use material accessed through Atlas for the purposes contemplated by your contract with DJM.
8. Ending access
We may suspend or end your access to Atlas if these terms are breached, if your organisation’s contract with DJM ends, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk to Atlas or to other clients’ data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. We’ll let active Atlas users know of any material changes.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
